Our condos are located on the Comal River in historic New Braunfels Texas. With over 400 feet of Comal River frontage you are only moments away from flotation fun!

We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn, 4 minutes from Public Golf, 2 Minutes from Landa Park, a quick swim across the river to Prince Solms Park, a short river float to the tube chute and walking distance to the downtown square! We are next door to Texas Tubes and across the street from Chucks Tubes & Landa Tube rentals. We are in the middle of everything!

One bedroom condos sleep 4 adults & 2 children on child size bunk beds.

Our two bedroom condo sleeps 6 adults.
